SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it is actually alarmed about the significant quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose from the Integrated Registration click here Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office devoted to service the area on a daily basis. The support place established for intervention ordeals a higher inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for the Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to permit the servicing of all customers and maximize entry to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
